Very friendly staff but they didn’t mention you need ID to pick up your item! Make sure you take ID with you. Even if you know all about the fault and conversations you’ve had with the store they insist on ID. No problem if you’ve been told in the first place. But if they haven’t told you and your ID is back in the car it’s very frustrating.

Bought an iPhone 12 after years of android, bit after no end of problems with the phone I'll go back to Samsung first chance I get. Customer service is ok but I still get the impression once they got your money they don't give a monkey's about you.

I have visited this store over ten times since being a student at Plymouth University. The first few times were to buy a DJI Osmo Mobile 2. The other times were to run two workshops for different societies. The first workshop was for SU Video, a society at Plymouth University. For SU video I am the secretary. The second workshop was for the Photography Society at Plymouth University. For this society I am the chair. All the staff are enthusiastic and friendly. I have always been impressed by the staff that work at Apple stores around the UK.
Dropped my girlfriends phone off to be told that we would be called after 10-15 mins when they would then tell us of the problem 3 hours later we go back to the store after no contact and ask them what was going on and why we haven’t been called they then response with oh your phone is here waiting for you it only needed a clean. 3 hours ! Unreal no Customer care, these giant companies will still survive and make money regardless of the way they treat customers.
Had a great experience with James today (5th August) one of the Apple genius’. Had a really genuine honest conversation actually really improved my day, really nice guy. If he hadn’t had been as genuine probably wouldn’t have spent so much in store . Proper first class customer service from him.
Few computers are in stock, an issue which only came up once we had spend 20 mins carefully picking a model that turned out not to be available. They can't/won't say when it might be available in store. Frustrated that my daughter might not be equipped properly for uni.
