Really friendly team. I think I spoke to the whole team at some point and they were all helpful. Prior deciding on what unit would be the correct size Lin was very helpful and we managed to sort out a good price for the unit. On the day of collecting the storage unit. Linda was very professional and wore her face mask throughout to keep us both safe. Even though it is through a pandemic she did not rush and made sure that everything was working. She took me through how to enter and exit the building correctly. She took me around the whole complex so I knew where everything was and what I would need to do if had a bigger vehicle. Just before the end of the tour she told where we would have to muster in the event of the fire alarm being active. I would recommend them to friends and family

I move people from this place regularly as a man and van operator and to be fair it's a real ball ache with the majority of lockers being upstairs and there being only 1 lift available. I know every time I come here it is going to be a long old job....Who actually gets the ground floor spaces??

Jon and the team are super friendly, very helpful and very straightforward with the entire process. I was able to complete the online check-in in 2 minutes before my arrival and everything was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Took about 30 minutes to sort out paperwork and have some great banter. Jon was very understanding and supportive of how last-minute we were because of the University. Definitely recommend.
