In our hour of need, Ashley managed to fit us in his busy diary at very short notice. I sent him a video of the messages flashing up on our boiler ahead of his visit and Ashley arrived pre-armed with the parts he thought could be causing the issue. It was an intermittent electrical fault which didn't make his job easy! Within 45 minutes of his arrival, he diagnosed the actual fault, fitted the new part and our central heating was up and running. I cannot recommend Ashley high enough - incredible service!

We were delighted with the high quality work from Ashley and Steve, Ashley advised us on what boiler system, radiators and programming would best suit our property and efficiently installed it. As we were redeveloping the property he was also very kind to recommend the products for our bathroom which helped us greatly. We received three quotes and Ash's was the most competitive, his all round service was first class, very punctural with a friendly, professional and fun personality too which made the day go quicker whilst we were painting.
