Utterly terrible customer service and click and collect. No staff urgency to resolve problems, very laid back attitude. 40 minute wait after paying for express collection. Unpacked the shopping to find rotten food. Four times using click and collect, four times it's been diabolical.
Asda is a large supermarket out of town in the suburb of Estover, it has a large car park to the front and rear. The place is normally quite busy, mainly due to its location. It supplies a wide range of produce,mainly catering for the weekly shoppers and lower end of the market. Having said that the produce is good and they keep the shelves well stocked. Best going early morning if you want to avoid the queues.

Great place to shop..staff friendly and helpful. Huge range of produce and household products from cushions to lamps..clothes for all ages a good range and good quality.As the saying goes....That's Asda price
