My son is going through a mental medical now and we have called loads of times because we're concerned for his health and wellbeing and his roof over his head. All we get is a answering machine and a call back 30 minutes before they close to be told to call the police . Now we get told their hands are tired on what they can do.

I have recently finished individual therapy and have been very impressed and thankful. There were teething issues for me when the areas were merged but they have improved immensely. The therapy was very helpful.

They do the best they can. I am struggling daily with my mental health issues, but these guys/gals here have helped me as best as they can, with helpful advice, self care advice, therapy etc, I value what they've done for me. It's a slow process....for us all. Thank you Avon House.

Worse than useless. I'd be interested to know how many people have died under their 'care.' Doesn't matter how ill you are or how many suicide attempts you make, you won't get help.
