Very poor customer service. The food was over an hour and a half late (8:30) After pre booking at 5:40 for 7pm. When the food arrived, it was wrong. Called them and the shift manager refused to talk to us. Was offered a replacement of the wrong items, but would have to wait another 45 minutes! Asked for a full refund, and was told we could have discount off the next order. No thank you! The excuse was that they had 111 orders and 6 members of staff. STOP TAKING ORDERS IF YOU CANNOT FULFILL THEM! Fuming!

Love the spicy spuds! Everyone there is really friendly and will greet you no matter how busy they are, which is a bit rare at other places.
Great food but delivery is consistently late every time we have ordered. Staff are great if you go in, but every time we have ordered for delivery they are later than the given time and give excuses about the traffic or roadworks. If you order from just eat be prepared for it to be a considerable amount of time after the estimated time first given. I fell foul of this last night I ordered at around 17:00, just eat said 50 mins, then the delivery time change to 18:30 which is when I needed to leave my house to go out. It eventually came at 18:45 after I had already left. Had a cold take away at about 22:30 last night because of their tardiness which was very disappointing.
Do not use Babas Indian Takeaway we telephoned an order on 31st Dec at 5.45pm was told be 2.5 hours.8.15pm came and went still no delivery have made 24 phone calls to them all engaged just got through 9.15pm to say not got any drivers till10pm so hence asked for refund and will not be using them again.What terrible service.We know its new years eve and busy but when we ordered was told a time of delivery you expect that and not even a call to say they had a issue with delievries and to be told at 9.15pm we will not be getting our food till 10.00 pm is a joke. So Babas at Crownhill wont be having our custom again.
Ordered 4 burgers on line, ready for collection in 15 minutes. Each and every burger was different ( fussy eaters in our office!) Each and every burger was absolutely delicious. Best burger I personally have had in years and my colleagues all agreed! dish delish..yum yum :) compliments to the chef :)
