Having had some issues with our previous supplier and the veracity of the advice we were being provided with, we were in need of a professional, ethical and dedicated company to help us with a full Legionella Risk Audit & Assessment. From the first moment I contacted the company Nick was extremely helpful and communicative, and booked an appointment for Phil to come down and complete the assessment for us. On the day of the actual assessment, Phil was professional, helpful and immediately realised that we are a customer focused business and there was subsequently little or no disruption to our daily activities as a Dental Practice. The subsequent reports were of a high standard and are really easy to understand, with clear and concise advice, which makes my life a lot easier - I like that!
