Nice looking frappe coffee, but rather average taste to it. To be fair McDonalds iced mocha is way better. Quick and profesional service. Large outside sitting area - good for nice summer day.

I like popping into barista brothers about once a week. They could do with some vegan options but their herbal tea is cheap. It's pleasant sitting inside or out. They have a lot of options non vegans would like tho.

Still amazing place don't get me wrong but over time and as new staff appear and diddapear the milk shakes are starting to get either really condense where there is too much ice or really watery bit everything else still seems good just wouldn't buy the milk shakes until they learn how to do em again

What a place! Use at your peril! I wasted and lost thirteen pounds in this place for a meal and a drink I never got! I ordered and paid and took a table. I was a regular customer, known, and always smiled and tipped. The staff were moody and cold. No hello and no thank you. I sat there and waited. Other people got served, I did not. I have never said a word wrong in the place. After thirty minutes went up and asked for at least my drink that I ordered. I was so thirsty I was gagging. Others served. No drink. Another fifteen minutes. Bored and frustrated. Forty five minutes now. I went back and asked again. The guy dragged out a metal tray from under the counter, a heavy one, and started bashing it against the back wall! This was weirdly intimidating, and meant to shut me up. He was really slamming it! I now wondered what they would do to any food they brought. Even so I waited another fifteen minutes. Over an hour, so thirsty I could no-longer cope, and I had to leave! They are nuts! Barrister Brothers you owe me thirteen pounds! I went back to ask for my money and was looked through, blanked, ignored, not spoken to, not replied to, and it was equally weird. They just ignored me. Not even a word. This is a strange place and I wait to see it close down. If they treat a regular customer like this who has always tipped them then a stranger has no chance! They are too moody. Never encountered anything like it in forty years. I do not trust the positive reviews. There is enough competition in the area now that people don't have to put up with their weirdness. I agree with the others who report similar and walked out. Terrible place. I am still angry!!!

Awful experience, was treated very poorly and felt discriminated against. Ordered a Chocolate milkshake and didn't receive it until 20 minutes later. About 15 people came in after I had ordered, made their own orders and were served before I was served with my milkshake. I was absolutely last on the orders being made despite ordering before them and my order was only seen to when every other person had been served and no more customers entered the shop. The female making the drinks even had time to make a hot chocolate for a girl she knew, who was sat next to where I was stood and had not made any order nor paid for the hot chocolate. Terrible service and I will be taking this further.
