We spoke to the guys at the Tunes on the Sands festival and they were such fun. Having travelled down from Manchester to see Wet Wet Wet we weren't disappointed. Great festival with lovely BBC staff there to cover it.

The chap that answered my call was totally dismissive and quite rude. I found him rude and uncompastionate, and totally ‘get off the line’ not intrerested, not the staff that we had back in the eighties. He needs educating, and if my member of staff in my business. he would be disciplined!,!!!. BBC in the southwest has definitely gone down hill. It’s a shame , we had a good standard back in the 80’s, god bless Roy Corlett .
