Very helpful we bought a Bosch fridge freezer and the Led lights stopped working inside, because of Covid lock down we were near end of guarantee but they sent an engineer out within a few days and was replaced, very friendly and helpful Bosch engineer and shop staff.

Went to Beacon Electrical Plymstock (ahead of visiting larger outlets ). I was looking for an to you easy to use washing machine for my mother. The man who served us was really helpful, polite and we received great customer servic. We brought a washing machine that suited our needs in no time at all and we were able to take it with us . Brilliant service, great price! SHOP LOCAL!

A very good electrical shop. The only one in Plymstock. Lots of white goods. I use it for cable and electrical items such as junction boxes and sockets.

Bloody atrocious service! We bought a washing machine the guys in the shop were great, the delivery and installation not so much. We noticed a pool of water in the kitchen later that day. It turns out that the delivery people had damaged our radiator putting the washing machine in, they were rude, left a mess and dumped the rubbish, all the wrapping for the washing machine outside our house on the pavement. I'm seriously not impressed guys, I was tempted to report them for fly tipping, our kitchen has been flooded because of their negligence and I've had to get my radiator fixed because of their clumsiness.
