Great place the manager Kieran went above and beyond! Pun intended!

Was booked out for a private venue which we're a group of kids screaming the store down. Usually friendly staff and well looked after equipment, however in this case we weren't allowed to look due to the booking. Dissapointing really, and these kids should have been more respectful to other customers by being quiet.

Really welcoming game arena with great events. I personally like coming here to try out games before I buy in store and staff are always helpful with recommendations!

A good place to hang out with friends especially couch co-op area. Not really much of a gamer but tried out VR for the first time and the staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming!

Came for a league of legends event. Friendly staff, nice arena. Really showed what could be done with a small arena. Looking forward to some future events!

Been a couple of times with my son and also arranged a joint hen stag party there. The staff are incredibly helpful, both when organising and during your time using the facilities, with a wide range of games and consoles to use. It's mostly eSports type games which can be played online like Fortnite, Overwatch and Rocket League but you could bring your own game if you wanted. You can also sign into your steam account on the pcs, but obviously download time would eat into your gaming time. Good things to know: you have to stay with your children if they are under 12, and there isn't a lot of space to wait in, or any toilet facilities. Also you need a Game account or app to book, and there tends not to be much data in the shop so it's worth doing this ahead of time. Peak times and school holidays are more expensive, and though there are snacks available they are mostly import type things and you can bring your own drinks (cans not glass) but not food at the stations for hygiene reasons.
