If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This agency is one of the best letting agency in the whole of Plymouth! Mark and the rest of the team have gone above and beyond to help us with the issues we had with our previous agency, we are extremely grateful and I don’t think I could ever find the words to express our gratitude towards them for everything they have done for us. Lived in a property managed by Bereford Ward for just over two years. House was lovely, and I've always found the team professional and friendy whenever I've had any dealing with them. Any issues we've had with the house were sorted out quickly when they arose. Both the sign up to and leaving the property was made stress free and they've always tried very hard to secdule or reschedule appointments/repairs around our busy lives.
So impressed with Beresford Ward as we had only a week to find somewhere to live, I didn't think it was possible to find a house in that time.
