Used the jet wash at the Forder Valley BP garage only to find after putting my money in the brush on the hose was broken. I tried to reattach but after using for 30 seconds it came off again. When my wife and i complained as I was unable to clean the car, the attendant said it was broken and somebody had moved the cone. We had followed another car in and there was no cone. When asked what they would do about a refund we were told it's tough. We returned to the car really annoyed. Placed 2 cones in front of the jet wash and also clearly displayed the broken brush so others wouldn't use it. Absolutely disgusted. Have taken car to another garage to clean.

Nice and friendly service. Clean and tidy. Hot and cold drinks. Hot food. Fresh food. Very good prices. Toilet for customers. Car parking for customers. Spar store. Free cash machine... I recommend

Had to make a quick stop as my oil light was flashing didn't have a clue what oil I needed as I'm a new driver, the lady in the petrol station was so helpful I couldn't thank you enough. Saved me in my pj's and I got home. Well done excellent service above and beyond her duties xx

A nice new fuel station with standard and premium petrol and diesel. Attached to the normal garage is a Greggs so you can pick up a quick bite to eat at the same time. There is a decent self car wash with two bays operated by change rather than tokens. For the HGV drivers amongst us there is a dedicated pump and a different way out.
