Usual B n Q store,! When, or if you can find staff, they seem either disinterested or suffer from a lack of knowledge, these two traits are fairly common in places that underpay or undervalue their staff somewhat. Sadly I've come to expect no more from this company and they have yet to disappoint me. Large range of stock is good, prices seem to be creeping up, lack of knowledgeable or staff a let down. Large easy access car park.

It's a BnQ. Terrible customer service. Customers fend for themselves, Their supposed to know where everything is and you get 'the look' if you ask. There are better alternatives to DIY stores and the competition knows this.

Difficult to find what I wanted. Overpriced compared to internet. No staff in sight.

The customer Service was Brilliant. Charlie who helped us with our purchase who works in the kitchen department went out of his way to hep us all he could. The units we wanted were in stock and he checked that they were the correct ones before we left the store. So different from the lack of service that we encountered at the big B & Q store on the Plymouth Road. They said that B & Q did not sell the kitchen unit we wanted which was a white gloss with clear glass doors. Plympton Staff found the unit right away. We originally ordered from the Plymouth Road Store and had the wrong doors sent and they failed to tell us that we needed to order hinges separately. We ended up having to get a refund from the Plymouth Road Store and by chance I had gone in to the Plympton Store and Charlie found what we wanted. I would also like to say that on another visit to Plympton Terry also gave us first class service Guess What? They are closing down the Plympton B & Q. Makes no sense to me.

Small but local, has only the basics, difficult to find anyone to assist you. (This B&Q has closed down)
