Recently I ordered a halogen bulb for my mini fibre Christmas tree. First of all I was surprised how reasonable it was on price as when I checked out the bulb on eBay I was pleased how much it was compared to the prices on eBay. The delivery cost and time was very impressive. Finally when I received my order I was very impressed with the packaging as it was packaged up with small strips of shredded paper which provided excellent protection. Overall I was very impressed with this company and I will definitely use them again in the future if I need bulbs /batteries.

Bought bulbs which at the time was unsure were correct. Was never told that I could not exchange but only swap, have 2 different bulb sockets in my bathroom and this was not the one I needed....complicated. After a phone call was told could not have a refund unless I went in today, so waste 4.10 on bus fare for 4.99 don't think so. Will not be using this shop again and if you do make sure you buy what you need. Used Brewsters when they were in Frankfurt Gate, bad experience then, should have learned my lesson!
