Always polite staff and always helpful

Not me but a relative spent 3 hours there last week filling in forms was told she had past all checks and could have goods. Yesterday they rang and told her she could NOT have goods no reason given. Also no cooker now for hot meals for children. Absolutely shameful
Nice clean space, open plan store selling tv's white goods, entertainment systems etc. Can be busy just as much as it is quiet at times, staff are helpful and polite.
