Excellent service throughout. From initial enquiry to the very end. We purchased a bedstead and mattress to be delivered to Berlin. This was bought blind and we relied heavily on the advice and information given to us by Roger and Mikaela. It was so clear from the start that they wanted to ensure that they gave us something suited to our wants and needs. The delivery team were brilliant, professional and friendly and the bedstead looks fantastic and has surpassed all expectations not to mention the mattress was also an excellent purchase. This was our first encounter with British Beds Worldwide but it certainly will not be the last. Thank you so much!

We chose to have the bed delivered to the UK and brought over by our carrier but British Beds were more than happy to provide the transport and installation. Almost 9 years ago I bought a Relyon queen size bed and it was delivered to Belgium perfectly. It is still our bed today and it holds really good with time. My friends who saw it were all impressed. Although it was a bet to pay that much money without testing, it appeared to be the best bed I slept in. Now I'm looking for a new bed for my Mother and that's the place for me. Roger was professional and helpful. I highly recommend.

We order two mattresses to be delivered in Paris France. Fantastic service and advice throughout the entire process from ordering to final delivery. The mattresses were delivered directly into the bedroom, with a service to unwrap and also take away the old mattress if required. I would highly recommend British Beds Worldwide.

Awful - DO NOT use this company. Absolutely lied to me and had to threaten legal action to get a delivery date for the bed - which was 2 weeks later than first indicated - more than 10 weeks! Roger simply lied to me about weather and delivery dates - but was unable to keep his story straight. Awful people, awful beds, should be closed down
