This is an appalling store. Do not visit. Over priced at best, liars at worst. Then when it comes to donations of furniture- dont bother! They make arrangements like "we'll come between 1pm and 5pm to collect the furniture" only to repeatedly say "we're too full". Meaning I've wasted an afternoon waiting in for them not to bother turning up.

Really pleased. This review is about 1) a pick up for donated goods and 2) the shop. 1) I had arranged for pickup of furniture to donate. Because I work full-time they agreed to ring me 30 minutes before arrival (to give me time to drive home for their visit). Sure enough they did ring, the drivers are independent self employed, I found the guy was really professional and friendly, quick and took it all. 2) I've visited the shop by the toys r us shop, it's always full of good quality furniture, so much choice. I have been visiting for months cos I'm still looking for my ideal sofa. The staff are really friendly and polite, very helpful when I have questions. They are honest in that, they make you aware stuff goes quickly (which it does, so don't hesitate if you like something) and they can't store your items for long cos it's so popular. Downside is car park for toys r us customers, but I chance it. Haven't got a ticket yet!

Worst charity I have EVER dealt with. Twice have waited in for them to collect. Can't get through, obvioulsy goung the wrong way, if Yodel, DPD & Asda can deliver there really isn't a problem getting to me. What an utter waste of my time!!!

Just bought our son a new double faux leather bed frame and memory foam mattress. Really helpful friendly staff served me.Only down side was told a cover would come with the mattress, but this didn't happen. Paid to have it delivered I'm glad the delivery guys phoned me before as they were outside the wrong house as wrong number was written down on their copy of the delivery slip . Would highly recommend this store and would definitely be going back to purchase again in the near future.

Inconsistent pricing. A few things are reasonably priced but some furniture is outrageous! You could by it new and in much better condition for the same. They should bare in mind it's mainly people on low incomes that shop there and Have a Heart!

Very large selection of quality used furniture at very reasonable prices.

Reasonable selection of goods and dedicated staff. As they are a charity shop, trying to make money for a good cause, I don't understand why people think they can haggle over the prices, just pay up you tightwads.

Generally well priced, but very much a pot luck
