Need A Cab

After speaking with Jason Gee we switched sim supplier. Jason has been excellent and nothing is to much trouble always available when needed and is able to get little issues resolved quickly.

We had some big issues with a privately rented circuit from BT which were causing a huge interruption to our business. After speaking to the ultra-efficient Chloe Fitchett at BT Local Business' South-West Branch, everything was sorted out incredibly quickly. Despite the problem not being a straightforward one, it was remedied the following day. Thanks to the manager Chris Nash, Chloe and the team. Great service. Thank you!

Without Kia Pope we would not have managed to get our upgrade of fibre and voice cloud sorted out. It did take 4 months and seemed at times that we would never get there but thanks to Kia we have made it! Kia has endless patience, always called me back if the call went to voicemail and was able to work miracles, I wish all BT would take a note of how to work with customers with a consistent contact to see the process through.
