We got there and we chose our bears. They had a wide variety to choose from. I then chose a sound, which also had a lot to choose from, and i picked a record your own voice . After that, we went to the stuffing mahine which is where you put the stuffing into your bear. The employees are really helpful. After they had been stuffed, we done the heart ceremony, which was really fun. After that, we went to the bath tub and washed them off. We chose an outfit, and the employee who was helping us gave us a bow for our bears. We dressed them as we can dress them in store, and then we went to the name me station and named our bears. We paid for them at the checkout and then left. Overall, i think ot was a fun day out and would definitely recommend coming here, and i will definatly be back.

Love this place I could spend all day and evey penny I have in there lol. Simple lay out, easy to find what you want. Lovely friendly atmosphere and staff. good quality goods. Good verity. My kids love it in there and the staff are very good with them talking to them and awncering all there silly questions with a smile on face.

Today was the pay your child's age day. Extremely busy. Staff coped as well as the could. Couldn't fault their commitment. I think a little more planning from head office needs to be thought through next time. Maybe pick your teddy then leave details and pick up at a later time. I Arrived at 8am and waited for 3.5hours. Staff you guys were amazing. Head office use more brains please.
