As a family, we have been seeing dentist Neil Chauhan at the Bupa Plymstock branch for a few years and we have always been so happy with our experiences with him and the rest of the team. Very chatty and he puts everyone, including our young children, at ease. We have always found the reception team to be very welcoming and efficient at booking in our future appointments. I've always been contacted well in advance when rearrangements have had to be made. Highly recommended.

Our appointment today was for my son to have his tooth taken out. We saw Kirsty for the first time. She was brilliant. She explained everything and took her time to make sure he was comfortable. I think her and the nurse noticed that Mum was a bit more nervous than the patient!!! She was quick and efficient, making sure to explain the after care. I would recommend Kirsty to anyone.
