Outstanding customer service. I recently purchased an item through the website which was dispatched and received extremely quickly. Unfortunately, upon opening the item from its packaging I discovered it had a manufacturing defect but Andrew acted quickly to put me in touch with the manufacturer, Spinlock, who quickly sourced a replacement. I feel the test of a company is how well they respond when things go wrong and both Cactus Nav and Spinlock were excellent. Despite the issue I’d be more likely to use both companies again because I can see there is the after sales support there if things do go wrong.
