This place is awful! My partner and I went in to get new carpets for our stairs and our boys bedroom. All picked fine and checked everything, we paid for it all to be fitted and under lay. That was written down on the screen and we checked. It came today and the carpet layer who doesn't work for carpet right laid all of our underlay. Something we didn't know was we had to pay him to lay all of our underlay afterwards! We've rang carpet right today and they're saying they told us this, which 100% they completely did not as we would have refused this, turns out carpet right use people that are on agency. Avoid this place!

I'm really disappointed with my last purchase with carpet right. We have in the past been really happy with the fitters and sales team but in January 2020 we bought some LVT and it couldnt be anymore different. We had bought the same LVT we had in an old house as we were so pleased with it we wanted it again in our new house. Now I dont know where they found the fitter this time round but he did a awful job. We paid for 'leveler' for an extra 600 but our LVT is bumpy everywhere. The edge cutting of the LVT was all uneven and the fitters just filled it with clear silicone which just highlighted the poor cutting. We wanted a front matt but were told by the fitter hes never done it before and couldnt do it the way we planned. We sent pictures to carpet right but didnt even get acknowledged. Every day I walk on our new floor I feel so disappointed and feel we wasted so much money on what is a rubbish job. We have had to spend more money to try and cover the poor workmanship.

Best carpet shop in Plymouth, they had an impressive array of products all under one roof. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Shopping was a breeze. I would definately recommend a visit.

I ordered a carpet last week, and the fitters turned up first thing this morning, in and out in an hour for a large bedroom. They had to put a Join in an alcove, which I can't see, and they were fast, very professional and very tidy. I can't recommend the service from Carpet Right and the fitters enough, fantastic job. If you are having new carpets, you can save time and costs, by removing the furniture and even the old carpet. The fitters were pretty happy turning up to a room with nothing in it and the old carpet removed as well. Great Job Thank you very much to the team in Plymouth.

Bought nice kitchen floor cover here and had the screed laid. Then overnight lock down happened and the company made no effort to arrange delivery of the vinyl which was in the local warehouse and could have been safely picked up and fitted. Two months later we finally have it. Only messages were standard 'we are doing our best'. If you want reasonable prices with faceless service, try them. If you want to be treated with respect, don't.
