Manager was lovely and very friendly to talk to. Shame his staff are useless and prefer to stand sniggering on their phones than actually helping customers. The girl on the Front desk. Very very rude. Not a nice shop to go in at all.

Can't fault the service received in the this store!! Very very helpful, no sense of forced selling, very knowledge of their products and deals!! This is where i now buy my phones from, i wouldn't consider going anywhere else!! Big shout out to the samsung rep, the assistants manager, store manager and the tech guy that was wrking on the 23rd july 2019 (sorry didn't grab your name), you were all brilliant!! Well done.....
Very disappointed today after popping into this store to enquire about an early upgrade . The customer service was completely fine up until the point of absolutely no return . My current phone was , quote was completely fine other than 2 very faint light scratches on the top left and right hand corner of the screen . After being asked if the scratches were on the screen protector or phone I was honest and told them it was in the phone . Seeing I was trading my phone in the young girl took my phone to the tech guy to ask if this would qualify as faulty or not with the trade in policy . After about 10 minutes the young girl came back with another woman informing me the cracks were to bad to class the phone as working , so the phone had gone from 160 worth down to 25 worth for trade in , now they took it into there own hands to crack and I mean shatter the screen protector I had on my phone for over a year off my phone , in doing so what I can only describe as faint scratches were now complete cracks due to the force in which the screen protector shows being taking off . As someone who works in retail selling device like this company I know from my profession and personal opinion they had no right to rip my screen protector off without consulting me first , in doing so it would have been down to my discretion wether to do it or not knowing the risk . I was given a 25 pound sorry cheque that will come in the post to replace the screen protector , but have walked away with a faulty phone all down to the stupidity off the staff not knowing simple facts and rules .

I've had my phone upgraded twice now with Ross and its always been a pleasure. Admittedly i chose a phone he didnt necessarily recommend the first time. I've now upgraded early because i ended up not liking it. Word of advice LISTEN TO ROSS NEXT TIME! Which i did today. Cant wait to use my new phone. He also helped us with a discount on our home bills too. An absolute star!
You will be charged if you phone their landline. I thought their business is selling stuff, not dealing premium numbers.I have been charged 3.30 just because I have asked if my order has arrived. And this is a phone and monthly deals supplier! They should concentrate a little on finding a better deal for their landline, a deal that can allow customers to ask questions without being charged. The staff was helpfull, quick and polite.
