Appauling surgery on every level.They cancel repeat prescription without informing me. Receptions are rude and obstruct you getting an appointment. They tell you to call at 8 AM every morning to get appointments then there are none available. They cannot book you one in advance.by the time you do get through the long-haul and ridiculous five minute message at the beginning all the appointments have gone anyway if there were even any to begin with. They told me to call back and they'll be six appointments alllocated the next day and there weren't any.i've been waiting over five weeks for an appointment now. Also they wouldn't even let me speak to a doctor on a call back it had to be a nurse practitioner who was useless and rude made the issue worse. I have to agree with some of the review saying the surgery should be shut down and the receptionist should not be allowed to get away with a level of rudeness and obstruction they cause.this is Sterling Road Surgery I am referring to. Not Chard Road

been trying to get through for 90mins now, rings for 3mins and then automated voice says cant take my call and hangs up..this is a terminal illness related call, 1 number for 2 (or more surgeries?) surely a 2-3 person switchboard with a direct line for priority and a separate number for daily appointments/prescripts etc..very dissapointing, i assume half the people ringing are just checking something, or people who the chemist could diagnose...

Only been here for children's walk in clinic but can not fault the service I received. My appointments have always been called on time and professional manner

Compared to Stirling Rd surgery, this place is far better with brilliant nurses (especially Jenny) but seems very under used.

To call from 8am on two different mornings to only get through after in excess of 50 calls at 820 to be Told all the appointments are gone to then be told the earliest appointment is on 7th February this is outrageous! My health care needs are not being met and therefore their duty of care not being for filled! Appalling care and service! There are 3 sites over which to assign an appointment. Happy to go to any but none available. Think twice before you decide to assign yourself to these practices!
