I got of them regarding my children these idiots and the police state they can't do anything without a address, you give them a address and you hear nothing. Absolutely useless, I'm now going through courts and can't wait to mention how useless the police and social services actually are.
I found this department to be wholly untrustworthy. They offered no help what so ever to an extremely vulnerable family who had left a domestic violence background they were more than aware of and then did everything they could to make the mothers position hopeless before suggesting custody in favour of the violent father. They lied in court and also had one of their own staff omit important information from court evidence! All in all despicable behaviour and two children's lives ruined! wish i could give them minus stars!
