The people who work here need to have some training in customer service almost every time they made mistakes they blamed me , they said it’s not a problem if your not in Plymouth just phone. Four days later they still did not answer the phone after ringing from my mums in Ireland I’m now stuck here pennyless with hundreds in the branch but can’t get it transferred to my card so I’m destitute because these clowns refuse to answer the phone
