Great little gym. Rarely busy (some evenings I'm the only one there) Friendly staff. Very un-intimidating (people of all sizes and age). Decent steam room and sauna. Decent pool (15 metres but VERY shallow end!) Early till late openings (think 6:30am-10pm most days) TIPS Quiet times after 7pm on evenings and quiet on Sundays. Pool busy in half term and when it's raining. Bring 1 for lockers. They do have towels for rent (50p) but sometimes they're being laundered.

Prefect little swimming pool, lovely gym and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Great range of classes and friends Friday once a month is genius.
