AVOID- SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE! I ordered by bridal bouquet and other wedding flowers in good faith that the product I would receive would be real flowers and as discussed and paid for. This was not the case on my wedding day my bridal bouquet was half full of fake flowers and missing the pink flowers to blend in with my colour scheme. My bridesmaids and flower girl bouquets were basically all fake all but a bit of gyp. Even the forget me nots in the buttonholes were fake! At no point were fake flowers EVER discussed, I ordered from a florist to have beautiful fresh flowers- as many brides do. Two days after the wedding I went to discuss my complaint was met with nothing but rudeness, how the flowers I had chose were 5 per head and they weren’t paying that- even though I had paid them! That I should have told them on MY WEDDING DAY that I didn’t like them ( who has time on their wedding day???!!!) and that I had a nice wedding so .... shrug. I then messaged them that this attitude was awful, they didn’t even apologise after fully saying they put fake flowers in because they did want to pay for real ones!!! My advice AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!! No one deserves this type of rude, awful service. If you can’t provide real flowers as promised close up shop, you are not a florist. I will now be taking this to the small claims court as I was miss sold a product, I did not receive what I had paid for.
