Called them a month ago as I'm in the process of joining the Navy and I requested them to send off my medical records, in which they called me back to ask for my verbal consent to send it off. It's now been a month and my recruitment officer has told me that they haven't received anything from my GP. Been trying to contact them for the past 2 days and being left on hold for hours on end, and they get funny with you if you go in and try to resolve the matter in person. Absolute joke.

I have had nothing but fantastic service from everyone at this surgery, i have recently had heart surgery and have had to make alot of appointments last minute due to a few complications with my incision wound and they have gone above and beyond to help me get the appointments I need. Dr Hart has been especially great as he is the one who sent me for the ct scan that found the golf ball sized tumours that were growing inside my heart, without a doubt he played a massive part in saving my life. My family and I couldn't be more greatful, they have been brilliant.
