Filled my porch with smoke from his Cigarette whilst collecting the money. My Windows don't even look clean. Still have Spider nests in the Corners and also Pollen all over them. Honestly don't even know if he actually put water on them! Plastic doesn't look like he has been near it. Called to ask him not to come again and will be looking for someone else. Just had a phone call back from the owner. He got very aggressive and threatening with his tone when I told him i didn't want him to come back. Told me not to give him attitude when telling him my windows were still filthy. Stay Very Clear of Crystal Clear!!

Chris from Crystal Clear has been my window cleaner for a few of years now, turns up around the same time every month and already does a fantastic job of the windows. He cleans the conservatory roof once a year too which always comes up great!
Decided that it would be appropriate to smoke on the job around my 3 year-old then charge me for the time spent smoking. Really unprofessional and frankly disgusting.
If he cleans like he drives I would stay well clear, think maybe you should give your glasses a clean before setting off to work again. Awful driving along tavistock road.
