Dave is an excellent trainer and motivator. He makes the sessions fun and enjoyable. In a short space of time I am performing exercises I would never have attempted on my own. As a result I've become fitter and stronger and been able to achieve what I believed to be impossible! Dave uses positivity and encouragement to push you gently beyond your limits, he also has a great sense of humour. Thanks Dave!

Just five weeks in, I've lost weight and centimetres and feel fitter, stronger and more agile than I have for 20 years. What surprises me most is that I am looking forward to the remainder of our 26-week programme! Dave is tailoring this specifically for me - and it is working. He ensures that what I have to do is simple to understand, both in terms of exercises and the food I should be eating. He is a true professional: an excellent guide and motivator.

I’ve worked out with Dave for almost a year now and he’s very good. Made me more comfortable to workout in public, he’s very motivating and extremely accommodating especially when my health problems flare up and I have to reschedule or do a lighter session. He’s tailored workouts to me so I enjoy the sessions and I feel like I’ve got a lot out of them. I enjoy the range of exercises we do from trx to kettle bells etc. 10/10 very good trainer; even picks me up from my house as I don’t have a car. Will miss training with him when I go on exchange.

Dave is an excellent trainer. He is patient, encouraging and motivating and I really like the way he explains things so clearly. Every exercise is broken down and he tells you exactly what you are doing and why. He demonstrates clearly before supporting you the first time you do it. His sessions are well structured: warm up, demonstration, 2 or 3 sets of each main exercise/s and finally a warm down. He knows how to pitch your level so that he is just pushing you a little outside your comfort zone. Would definitely recommend Dave.

I am 62 years old, ex forces trying to get back into fitness. I approached Dave for advice. I was so impressed by his knowledge and enthusiasm I decided to take him on as my personal trainer.
