I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to following my dealings with DC Lane. The service from all of the staff, in particular Helen and Dan is exemplary. They operate an extremely professional service from start through to completion which I cannot praise highly enough. Even my Solicitor commented upon their excellent service, knowledge and expertise. The whole experience was made so easy by them, they gave the right advice at the right time and without them, my sale would not have gone through. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, whether that be for a sale or managed letting. Just read the other reviews, it sort of tells a story.... Thank you DC Lane and well done to you all.

We sold our home through DC Lane this summer and I can't recommend them highly enough. They suggested some work we could do to improve the look of our home, and got us on the market quickly. We gained a lot of interest and ended up with multiple offers on our house in less than a week. Amy worked really hard to ensure we were accepting the right buyers and we ended up closing at over the asking price. Our sale went through efficiently using the solicitors they recommended and we were kept up to date at each stage of the process. Will happily use them again without question.
