Debenhams has always been my favourite store I had a Store card when I was 18 and lived in Bristol. I am in my 60's now and still love Debenhams today. I live in 0 Cornwall now so I visit Plymouth Debenhams regularly. Which has Such friendly helpful staff with such bargains and the famous "Spectaculars" throughout the year. I only hope Debenhams keep going or I wont know where to shop. Just love Debenhams

On the ground floor sales area there were just two staff ,both on the tills,I wanted to buy shoes,and couldn't find anyone on the sales floor. One of the till operators was very helpful and came with me to the shoe dept. She contacted a very apologetic gent who attended to me. I was told over thirty staff had been made redundant,and the rest were on furlough. This is a very large men's clothing area,and stocked to the hilt with goods,but with lack of staff to help,no wonder there was a lack of customers.
Staff always very polite and helpful, I do most of my clothes shop there, always a good choice to chose from. Hope they don't close, be a BIG loss to so many.
Great food lovely roast
I love shopping in Debenhams but never again in Plymouth. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Left in tears just for standing up for my rights. Not sure why staff here need to be so nasty. Avoid the Plymouth store and buy online.
Nice welcome with gel for hands, staff helpful going the extra mile! One lady in particular seeing I have mobility problems sourced the item I required with out being asked after I explained I wad needing and exchange! Can't thank staff enough.
