Not too bad for a show shop to be fair. Prices are not too high for a high street shop. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rita ora is on the payroll so i got to stare at pictures of her whilst the wife was shopping for shoes. So i was content to stay there as long as she needed to be in there for

Wide range of footwear and my first choice when needing some. Nice choice of bags to. Bit annoying trying to find the style and size from the boxes. Big store so gives plenty of room when browsing.

Visited this store earlier today and was greeted instantly with a smile from the staff. I wasn't sure on which size shoe I needed so I asked a member of staff for help and they provided me with alternative sizes so that I could find the correct fit. Unfortunately I wasn't able to catch the names of everyone working but I would like to thank them all for providing me with friendly service and patience as I'm the most awkward shopper! Look forward to needing more shoes!
Having ever visited once before I was wondering if I would get the same welcome as the first boy was I wrong the welcome was even better the assistant that was at the checkout on the ground was friendly and welcoming with a smile to cheer you up and then some,when I got to the mens shoes I was greeted with the same as on the ground this time by the store manager (tracy) ,a first class lady who gave a first class service will I be going back in the future yes i will.
