Horrendous female owner. Used to be a fantastic facility, clean, welcoming and great staff members taking care of the place. The place has gone downhill since the new owner took over a year or so ago, tries to run it herself to cut costs, managed to get rid of the great staff that once worked there, filthy environment, screams at the dogs you can hear it a mile off, is rude to customers and just cares about profit. Not sure how much profit she's able to make with her reputation!

Absolutely disgusting owner. I feel so sorry for these dogs. The owner is nothing but a rude arrogant witch. I picked up my pooch from this day care and could here staff or what I believe to be the owner screaming at a dog. It almost made me cry. Please do not use these guys. This business doesn't have all these bad reviews for no reason. Place needs new management for sure.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE!!!!!! Absolutely horrendous! Just an empty warehouse with a couple toys! Took my pooch here for half a day, pick her up and nothing but vomiting and diarrhoea! Took her to the vets straight away and was told she had a virus most! Not only do I have a an we’ll pooch but how out of pocket for all the vet bills! Will not be using these cowboys again. The owner is a nothing but rude and pretty much just wants your money! Never again!
