Make sure 2 check your pizzaz b4 leaving. Ordered 2 pizzas meal deal. Collection approx 20. 1 meat Large 1 veg large. Meat pizza ok. Veg basically looked like a cheese n tomato Defo will be checking next time bought from Dominoes Thursday night 11-12 (midnight) 28/11/19

Just called to place an order of the new vegan pizza, we asked specifically can we get a large they said yes. ( the girl who took our order was lovely and clearly new, but they should have told her that you could only get medium) When our pizza arrived it was a medium, the driver apologised and took our pizza back. After waiting even longer the driver came back and gave us the same pizza which was now cold? So we got a cold medium pizza at the end of it. We called up the shop and they said they could take our pizza back and give us another one but we couldn’t eat the cold one we had. So that would mean we would have to wait even longer for a hot pizza? We couldn’t even be bothered so just had to eat the cold pizza. I don’t understand why you have to throw the pizza away just contributes more to food waste. Not impressed with the customer service on the phone either from the manager.

I always have good experience at dominos,I am vegetarian and order vegetarian pizza,There is a lady sharon or shannon.Two times she made my pizza she makes a tomato cheese pizza with no ingredients at all, I complained and she said I am the manager and behaved rudely,I mean take it from any outlet they put proper ingredients,even this outlet most of times boys handle the order and I had no complain,i dont know that lady have to put ingredients from her pocket or what but she makes absolutely tomato cheese no veggies at all...

DO NOT USE!!!! I would leave a 0 star review it I could. I ordered a VEGETARIAN pizza and after a few slices noticed a chunk of chicken on the pizza... I called the store and spoke to OWEN the 'manager' to explain my horror. He told me that its not his problem and to read the terms and conditions on the website!!! OWENS attitude toward the issue was absolutely shocking to say the least. He felt no need to apology and spoke to me in a rude and patronising manner. I am absolutely outraged, at his insensitive attitude and appalling customer service skills. I will be taking this further. I appreciate cross contamination can happen however if your staff are unable to take any responsibility, I suggest you get new staff!! Unacceptable.
