Ordered pizza at 2pm for delivery 6.45pm. Paid online. Checked at 7pm when pizza would arrive as the tracking was saying the pizza was being prepared. That was from 6.30pm. Did not realise it took so long to make a pizza. Maybe they make all their dough fresh on site and allow time to proof. Anyway spoke to an employee who confirmed that the order had not been started and did not have a time but would be at least 2 hours. He cancelled at my request and said would be refunded. Well that has not happened. Happy to take your money but not provide a service. You would receiving an order 4 hours in advance you would have time to organise yourself. Again shocking management. This company is good at 3 things. Poor quality, poor service and shocking aftercare. Avoid

Cannot believe what I just saw. Sat in the car park waiting for my pizza, and one of the delivery drivers parked next to me had a few pizzas put into his car by one of the staff and he did nothing except talk to the lady in the car parked next to him, also looked like another delivery driver. This lasted at least 5 minutes - meanwhile the poor customers pizzas are getting cold. No wonder half of the pizzas I have delivered are nearly cold when I open the box. Pretty disgusted with the blatant lack of care for their customers.

After becoming dairy free last year due to health reasons, it meant Domino's was off the menu. Holidaying in Iceland last year we discovered that their Domino's had vegan pizza! But it wasn't available in the UK, so was so excited when I saw they were trialling it here, yesterdays treat did not disappoint, so ok it's not as good as the real cheese but it is fab for anyone who is vegan or for me

Sent complete wrong pizza, amy the manager was rude and didn’t want to help with resolving the issue just denied all fault. When finally exchanging pizza delivery driver inspected for 10 minutes and accused us of eating 4 slices of pizza that I wouldn’t feed my dog
