It's a very nice shopping centre and is well kept, not too big but has every shop you'd need for most needs and a general shop, including food, a boots, toy shops, places to eat and clothing shops. There are also toilets that are well placed. It also has a lot of parking spaces but if you are in Plymouth it's very central so no need to drive and easy to find.

The queue went down really quickly and the staff in there were quite friendly. Theres deviders between each station and staff were on it when it came to making sure people wore masks and sanitised on entering the store. There's not much else to apart from the food was decent.

Extremely well labelled for socially distancing, arrows are clear and easy to follow. Shops having their own one way systems, members of staff on doors to meet and greet. Thoroughly enjoyed my shopping today - very safe feeling. Also looked beautiful with Christmas lights.

Always clean and tidy, the unsung hero's are the cleaning staff and Marshall's, especially at this time keeping us all safe and trying to get those that don't care to follow the rules to protect others. Is sad to see businesses leave - a sad sign of the current COVID-19 times. So a message to all the silent workers - thank you for all your hard work.

Its pretty and the shops are fun. Its clean. Mall security are great. Shout out to the boots security guard who's always helping myself (autistic) with all my problems x
