Steve and his team did a great job moving a huge sofa out our flat and removing a concrete structure in the garden. They were really efficient, friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend.
DO NOT USE increased price by 300. Didn’t take all rubbish cherry picked. Steve was very strange man and very rude and aggressive would never ever use again. Did not use long wheel base van as he told us Steve said has never owned one ?? Pictures on here ?? Are they fake pictures ? Worst company I have ever used and will be reporting them to the necessary authorities. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Used them today for a waste removal as I'm moving. Checked price with them for 14 bin bags of general waste, was quoted 5 per bag, which is already pretty steep compared to other companies i've used before but i was in a rush to get rid of stuff and they had the correct time frame. But they got here and decided that instead it would be 7.50 per bag as some bags were a little bigger than other, all still normal bin bag sized, and therefore I had to go get more cash out. Did not stick to their quote, because the bin bags were varied in sizes, as bin bags can be. Not impressed, if they'd said it can vary when I asked for pricing I would understand, but I said bin bags and was quoted 5 a bag. Not good customer service.
