The salesman Paul was no less than excellent! Not pushy I’m any way but more than happy to spend with with me to ensure I had made the best purchase. He really is a credit to you, Well done Paul. His customer service skills were second to none. I could not think of a better sales man to give a 10/10 review to. By far the best salesman’s Dreams has...this man deserves a pay rise! Hopefully he is still working for dreams when I need my next mattress ... this is the only guy who I will be buying from. Thank you so much Paul, from one very happy customer :)

We visited the Plymouth store 2 weeks ago. After finding the perfect bed we were told there would be a delay in ordering as the company that makes that type of adjustable bed currently has staff furloughed and is not accepting order. 2 weeks passed and we received an email from Jane saying they are not able to fulfil the order but are happy to sell me an ex display model although I would have to pick it up from in store myself. The whole reason for wanting an adjustable bed is my wife and I both have bad backs and e thought of having to pick up a bed from in store as their delivery team in apparently not trained to deliver that type of bed I find to be poor. I must say when I first visited the store I was really impressed with the customer service given however in times we are going through regarding the Covid-19 crises and the fact that where this store is situated there are 2 other stores who both sell beds within 50 metres they should be doing a bit more to deliver a great customer experience. If I worked there and knew there were ex display models that the customer would have to pick up I would contact a local delivery company and ask them for their contact details to pass onto a potential customer. Dreams has their chance to have my business and have blown it, I have now visited Furniture World and found a suitable bed.
