Gone down in expectations and will no longer recommend. Get your order wrong and they will say you are lying. Effectively 33 for 3 kids meals. May- Friendly and accommodating, adhered to Covid-19 guidelines whilst providing a excellent service. Fish and chips were delivered hot, crunchy batter and not skimpy on the chips! superb! Thank you Feb- We used them again because of the first experience and were told although out of area as it's a higher order they will deliver. We noted prices were increased but included delivery. This time we were accused of lying, when we rang immediately to say food was missing from our order. Originally we were lead to believe it would be sorted quickly by means of the missing food being delivered. We waited, nothing was delivered and phone calls were ignored. The next day we rang before the rush. The young lady who answered the phone asked if we could not call as they are too busy dealing with other customers and if we call again she would call the police. The manager wouldn't speak to us himself. We were told we don't even usually deliver to your area anyway!? The male staff member purely passed a message saying that they had looked at CCTV and the manager said nothing would be done. It takes someone pretty bored and vindictive person to want to cause hassle for business during these times. There are few treats at the moment and this was a complete dissapointed and waste of our time for then to not be believed. This goes beyond the cost and incomplete meals and is morally poor. They have lost our return custom which they clearly are not concerned about...

Stopped in late before closing on our way home. We had cheesy chips just to try as we're first time customers and it was too late for anything big. The chips were fantastic, light, fluffy and crisp on the outside, just as they should be. 9 out of 10 fish and chip shops have terrible, soggy undercooked chips which have a nasty taste, so these guys are doing a great job! Customer service was great too, well done guys!
