Update 20/11/20 - service at the pharmacy has much improved as of late.

This used to be a great little Pharmacy but since it's takeover all the good staff have left and frankly I'm not surprised , rude and unwelcoming now ,internet orders not ready 10 days after ordering the place looks dirty too. It's very easy to switch Pharmacies online and I have done so , I would advise anyone else to do the same .

Not enough staff, very disappointed with the service over the last 2 months. Used to be a very well staffed and organised pharmacy. Since staff have left recently the waiting time is ridiculous. Even if they have collected your prescription several days before it is unlikely to be made up and ready for collection so entails a further wait.

Absolutely lovely place! Friendly staff, knowledgeable pharmacists, and good selection of potential gifts. Everything a chemists should be.

Am assuming the reviews arnt up to date as this chemist, is not well stocked, dirty & very badly run. It needs one person at all times dealing with customer just at the only till. Not the same ones who are making up prescriptions & come to the till & fit you in when they can.. No "sorry for keeping you", "can I help you" It takes a long time to be seen let alone be served, very few staff. If you go to collect a prescription sent by your GP it's at least a 20 min wait for it to be made up & then longer for the pharmacy to check it & you be given it. Today I called in around 11.15 to collect mine & was told the amount of time I would need to wait (20 mins) & didn't wait as am unwell, my husband returned to collect it at 4 ish, he explained to a staff member who then looked all through the basket of just the paperwork, then for the medication & fineally found it, in a basket containing made up prescriptions & parerwork which surely is where it would of been if being made up for me this morning, he was given a miss mash of full packet, odd strip in a big box & told come back in 3 or so days time as don't have them all, hopefully not to go through this all again. This is a big catchment area for this pharmacy serving 2 big heathcentres & needs organising. My Dr is in South Brent & I had to change from my chemist firstly in south Brent then Ivybridge & Plympton to here & have very little choice where I collect my medication.

One staff member was extremely rude to another customer. Avoid this pharmacy.
