Appalling service. On contract renewal was quoted 807,040.01 for annual gas supply for a 3 bed detached house or 693,570.94 if a signed for their June 21 Fixed rate deal! I had already disputed their so called "Smart" meter readings. No meaningful response other than a demand for another 1,907 over a year after I transferred to Bulb Energy. I will see them in court. Do not sign up with this company.

If I could give them no stars it would be more appropriate. 3 weeks of my life I will never get back wasted on trying to get help. Call backs promised, never happened. Lies told. Accused of laughing at a customer service agent when I was actually in tears. Forced to take up a new tariff before an appointment could booked, then told they couldn't book the appointment I would have to be called back. Customer service director, Barry Adley, written to and no response. Do not use this company!

My calls are bared to EDF , plus expensive and in ve nothing nice to say about Thier problem handling because they haven't dealt with any problems I've brought to them .
disgusting, called them up to tell them to cancel, said they "pressed a button and now its cancelled" 5 days later we have a new contract with them emailed through the post. when trying to cancel online through their chat it is closed
really bad . worst suplier ever. im not with them any more but they still sending me letters i ask 3 times to stop them .custumer service is shocking . online chat isbjust waist of time.
Best electricity supplier in Britain. Great for gas as well. Highly Recommended.
Without picking up the phone, EDF sent 10x letters to our new build house followed by a legal letter for a meter that didn't physically exist.
