I used to use this post office all the time as the lady and gentleman, that I believe may be the owners but I’m not sure, are extremely helpful, kind and professional. HOWEVER, unfortunately there’s another female staff member that is completely unhelpful, rude, arrogant and purposefully difficult. It seems very clear that she doesn’t enjoy working there so I’m not sure why she does as she gives off a constant vibe that she really doesn’t like people in general. I’ve taken a parcel in and been greeted by her with a rude look of arrogant bewilderment before being asked angrily ‘so what do you want me to do with it?!’ after placing my parcel on the scale. This same lady also makes packages that would easily fit through as a large letter seem as though they don’t by placing them at an awkward angle and trying to get me to post as a small parcel. Each time she does this, I return with the same parcel the following morning and it is welcomely received as a large letter by one of her more helpful colleagues. I have now decided to use an alternative post office, which is a shame as I loved the welcoming, local, family feel the owners provide however this particular individual ruins it. If she ever leaves, I will return however until then I will take my regular business elsewhere.
