Purchased a new 22mm watch strap , good quality and excellent fitting service.
I needed a spring pin (holds the bracelet to the watch face) replacing on a Casio watch. I previously had this done elsewhere which had cost me 10 and required me to leave my watch for a day. This time around I used Elburton watch repairs and they were brilliant. I phoned ahead and unlike other places was immediately answered on the phone. I was told the repair could be done whilst I wait. Another local repairer had quoted this as a 30 minute while you wait, so this is what I expected from Elburton Watches. As they happened to be on my route into Plymouth, I decided to use them. I went in, explained what I needed repairing and was told that they could of course fix it whilst I waited. I thus dug out my phone in readiness for a 30 minute browse of social media and went to sit in the available chair. No sooner had my arse touched the seat, I was told the repair was done Talk about amazingly fast service.. I’ve waited longer for food at McDonald’s!! And then the cherry on top: 2 for the repair! So overall: a friendly and ridiculously fast service (depending on what you’re having repaired) and at good value as well. I will definitely be using these guys again!!

I wanted a pocket watch of great sentimental value and about 85 years old to be mended. Prompt and well informed service which gave an honest view of issues involved and dealt with the problems, with advice on future maintenance. Highly recommended.
