Very efficient and friendly. Small branch but extremely helpful staff with quick, easy pick up and return. We also benefitted from an upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Three quid taxi ride to the station, which they called for us. All customer-facing staff in masks. Will use them next time we're back in Plymouth.

The only problem was the car was so nice I never wanted to hand it back. The girls were absolutely lovely - great service and would definitely recommend them.

The worse Enterprise I have been to in the UK. Like a load of kids working in there and very rude and cheeky. What happened to the customer is always correct?? No pickup service offered or to take me back. Why I use this company. Then the cheek to charge me 1.15 for fuel and think its funny to do so. A taxi would cost 30 both ways Enterprise!
