Have spent approximately 6 hours on the phone in the last 2 days trying to cancel an appointment. Absolutely ludicrous the time spent waiting and still no answer. No wonder there are so many missed appointments.

Despite the bad reviews here, my experiences during the present corona virus situation have all been positive with this practice from talking with advisors and doctors, obtaining medication to being referred to Derriford hospital. Yes there are delays when ringing the helpline as they are very busy, but you must be prepared to wait 10/30 minutes at times and I understand people complain and very few will praise a service!

Trying to arrange an appointment for blood test . Was 13th in the phone queue. Knowing this could equate to an hour waiting around So thought would try the online service through the NHS app as per the voice message advice. Ha ha the app cant be used to book appointments !!! So why the message ? Next step was the econsult. Ended up telling me to phone 999 ha ha ha. I only want a blood test

This surgery is the WORST surgery I have ever come across. Ive been waiting on the phone for nearly an hour!!! How this surgery is still open amazes me. Luckily Im not a patient, Im ringing for someone else. This \access centre\ really should be closed as you cannot \access\ it. what a joke!!!!!! I wouldnt give it any stars.
