Literally the worst letting agent in Plymouth full stop, moved us into a flat on a elliot street a while back with a completely ruined and stained carpet/ broken furniture, then had the cheek to take our deposit away at the end to pay for a new carpet, plus any issues maintenance with the flat were ignored complete waste of space don't touch with a barge pole you will regret it
