I don’t like such situations. The first time I did the appointment I paid through paypal, then as it turned out I didn’t make appointment on the patch test, as I did it online and probably didn’t click correctly! In the evening I received messages that I can make a refund or rebook.. Next day I rebook to another day and woman with who I speak asked to pay again. I said that I had already paid, she explained that there was a cancellation within 24 hours and that there would be no payment. Then I paid again but through my bank card. When I finished talking with the operator I realized that I wasn’t I can get on the day that I was offered and canceled online immediately. the result is that they took money twice. When 2 weeks ago I was writing them an email, they answer and was asked for my details, but money it’s still not returned yet. Now I try to call and nobody is answering .. I also text email that I can send bank statement also to show That I didn’t received payment and that they took payment two times, but the result is silence .. I know that a stupid situation came out, that I make appointment and couldn’t get in procedure . But it’s life and any situation can be. I cancel appointment the day when I do appointment not in day when I need to come to you.. I think that here I didn’t do any harm to anyone and the money should return to me.

It is unfortunate that since December I haven’t received my refund. I won’t pay money to this salon for anything .. they just write me that we will refund, we will refund and in a result no action ... it’s so complicated or why you don’t pay me back ? why should I only try to reach you through bad reviews. It is very unpleasant to be in such a situation, but why should I pay you for nothing? and twice?!? It is a pity that you do this to people! First time in my life I have such a difficult situation. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to return..
